Josh Cesare is the Director of Retirement Plans at Premier Wealth Management, where he partners with business owners and financial advisors to help select, monitor, and ensure compliance with retirement plans. He consults on plan design to improve participant outcomes and manages both new and existing plans, staying current on industry developments through regular meetings with Record Keeper Wholesalers, DCIO Wholesalers, ERISA Attorneys, and Third-Party Administrators.

 In addition to his role in retirement plans, Josh focuses on recruiting financial professionals for the Premier Network of Financial Advisors. He identifies and attracts top talent while building relationships with current Centers of Influence and pursuing new partnerships to support Premier’s growth. His extensive experience as a Qualified Plans Wholesaler has equipped him with insights into plan reviews, enrollment, educational meetings, and plan acquisition.

 Residing in New Tripoli, PA, with his wife, Tracey, and their children, Andrew and Emily, Josh enjoys family life alongside their two golden retrievers, Tucker and Teddy. Outside of work, he is a PIAA Football Official and coaches his son’s basketball and baseball teams. His hobbies include golfing, watching sports, reading, and traveling. A proud graduate of Moravian University and Whitehall-Coplay High School, Josh brings valuable experience to his role at Premier.
