President, Financial Advisor

Sebastian lives in Harrisburg, PA, with his wife Stephanie and two daughters Isabella and Sophia. In his free time, he likes to read, golf, and try out local restaurants and breweries. Athletics has always been a big part of his life. As a former college athlete at Gettysburg College, he enjoys taking in live and televised sporting events, especially Notre Dame football games. He stays involved in the community through the Knights of Columbus at Saint Margaret Mary Catholic Church and Premier Wealth’s various charitable endeavors, focusing on special needs organizations. More than anything else, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially Sunday dinners at his parents’ house and summer weekends at his in-law’s cabin on the Susquehanna River.

With over 10 years of experience as a Premier Wealth Management financial advisor, Sebastian assists individuals who are interested in improving their financial situation with the help of a trusted advisor. With his use of financial plans, along with investment and insurance strategies, he puts the key pieces in place for individuals to feel more confident in their finances. He has always had a passion for coaching and mentoring. Sebastian spent 10 years after college coaching youth football in Central Pennsylvania, most recently with the Central Penn Crusaders, and now mentors college athletes through the Gettysburg College Football Alumni group. His mentoring and coaching approach applies to his professional life, especially for those looking for financial guidance and education. His goal of making his clients more savvy, disciplined, and confident in their financial future drives him daily.

Financial Professional and Vice President of Client Services

After 30 years of marriage, Mark and his wife are now empty nesters. They have three grown children, one living on her own and two boys in college. The remaining dependents at home are two four-legged dogs Molly and Dexter. Mark enjoys many activities such as trail running, hiking, fishing, hunting, golf, playing cornhole, and sitting by the fire. He also enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and serving at his church as a greeter and group leader.

Mark has enjoyed serving his clients over the past 25-plus years. While Mark has served in various roles over time, his primary focus and enjoyment is to foster deeper relationships with his clients by helping them develop investment strategies in alignment with their goals, values, and vision. A large part of Mark’s process is to learn what might be guiding, shaping, and influencing his client’s decision making and relationship around money and risk. Mark believes it is especially important to help educate his clients, so they better understand what they own, why they own it and what it is designed to do for them.

Mark’s passion is to help his clients realize their goals and live a life in alignment with those goals and desires. He believes gaining deeper insight through his “Discovering You” process can help clients build more confidence and conviction about their overall financial planning which in turn provides a better chance of lasting financial freedom and overall happiness.

Mark has spent years studying behavioral finance and has attained his Behavioral Financial Advisor™ designation. He incorporates this knowledge with clients to help gain deeper insight into their needs and develop their future planning recommendations.

Executive Assistant

Robin enjoys gardening, trying new recipes, baking, entertaining, good movies, traveling and spending time with friends and family – especially going to the beach and having a good time! Robin and her wonderful husband of over 30 years have one daughter and a grand kitty, and they adore both.

Robin attended a community college to study psychology, then switched to culinary arts. While waitressing and completing her apprenticeship, she met her husband. When their daughter was born, she opened her own daycare. She has also been a receptionist at a law firm where she got a call from Premier Wealth Management and took the job!

Robin feels that her job here as executive assistant allows her to help both the wonderful clients and people with whom she works. She believes that having those psychology classes and being in customer service for so long has helped her become a good listener. Robin has said “I have learned that sometimes all people really need is for someone to listen to them, get them to the person they need to talk to and then they feel better. How hard is that? One kind word can make a person’s day, and that in turn, also makes my day. It is a win-win situation.“

Operations and Business Specialist

Jennifer joined Premier Wealth in October of 2016. She has been married for over 30 years, with 3 grown children and 2 small Maltese mix dogs who rule the house. Her adventure into the finance world started when she attended school, enrolled in Information Technology, and filled all her electives with finance and accounting classes. She enjoys shopping, spending time with friends and family, reading, long walks, and likes to travel when she can. Although Jennifer has lived in PA all her life, she hopes to retire to somewhere warm and sunny someday.

In her years at Premier Wealth, she has done various tasks working with clients. From entering their information into the systems to preparing paperwork and executing trades directed by the Financial Professional the client is working with. She also answers many questions and helps clients when their Financial Professional is unavailable. She enjoys working with clients and watching them meet their financial goals whether it be planning for retirement, sending kids to college, first home, or traveling to that special place on their bucket list How rewarding is that? Very rewarding!

Chief of Staff

Jodi is a brand-new empty nester with 3 grown Army sons (Army Ranger, Army Airborne, and Army National Guard). She lives in Iowa with her husband of 29 years, and she works remotely from there. She loves to travel, and her favorite trips are visits to her sons wherever they may be in the world. She is an adjunct professor to a few local colleges, and she teaches ethics, communications, business, and computer courses. She is also an instructor of Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University and enjoys sharing the program with her local community. Jodi is a board member of the local hospital. She also volunteers at the local animal shelter as a foster mom to any animals in need…. even opossums!

Jodi wears many hats at Premier Wealth Management. Sometimes it is a marketing hat. Other times, it is compliance and supervision. Many times, she assists with account opening and paperwork questions.

She loves to help and watch people get on the right track financially. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing confidence and pride replace a look of absolute fear. Many times, personal finance is not taught at home or in school. It is a giant gap in peoples’ lives at no fault of their own. It is the common problem of “you don’t know, what you don’t know.” Helping people with a plan that fits into their life is extremely rewarding to her. It changes their entire family tree.
