Robert A. Pugliese

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer | OSJ and Branch Manager

Bob has worked extensively in the financial services industry since 1972. He has been engaged in many facets of the industry and is able to draw upon a wealth of experience when providing advice and guidance to the financial professionals on the Premier Wealth Management® team. Previously a very successful agent and financial professional, he founded Premier Wealth Management® in 1999.  Beginning in 2001, he discovered his true passion and niche – helping our financial professionals achieve their objectives by remaining relevant, efficient and profitable as they build their practices and grow their businesses.

No longer focusing on personal production, he now dedicates his efforts to mentoring our financial professionals to help them develop a business plan dedicated to their success, while giving them the freedom to structure their business in a manner that best serves their clients.

For nearly 20 years Premier Wealth Management® has been one of the top 10 OSJ practices (out of nearly 400) at Cambridge Investment Research. Our team of financial professionals and staff continue to focus on the future of our industry while remaining committed to preserving the independence, flexibility and control that we have built over the years.

In 2012 Bob was honored with the Spirit of Cambridge Award, awarded annually to those financial professionals who have demonstrated the four Cambridge core values of integrity, commitment, flexibility and kindness. The financial professionals who are selected must have been with Cambridge for a minimum of ten years. Bob was one of three financial professionals selected in the inaugural group.

In 2020 the Central PA Business Journal presented Bob with the ICON Award. The Icon Award honors individuals considered champions of their business and local community.  Honorees must have a long-standing commitment to their community and significant professional accomplishments.

Bob has always been active in his community. He served on the Steering Committee for the Capital Campaign for Bishop McDevitt High School and more recently, as the co-chair for phase 2 of the campaign, the Legacy Campaign. He is very active with the Central Pennsylvania Friends of Jazz, and Premier has been the major sponsor of their annual jazz festival. He is a member of both the Harrisburg Country Club and the Hershey Country Club, a season ticket subscriber and member of the Guild at the Hershey Theatre, a member of the Hershey Gardens and the Hershey Story. He serves on the Board of the Hershey Theatre and the West Shore Office Park. He also serves as the Executive Director of the LFA Foundation dedicated to provide services and support for those suffering from Russell Silver Syndrome and Autism. Bob and his wife of 50 years live in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. They have two children and four grandchildren.

President & Chief Administrative Officer | OSJ & Assistant Branch Manager

Traci has been actively engaged in the financial services industry since graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 1988. She began her career working in property and casualty insurance. During her tenure at a local central Pennsylvania P&C agency, she began working in the financial services department. Bob Pugliese was managing the financial services division at that time and Traci and Bob collaborated on several projects. In 1999 Bob left the P&C firm to launch his own company, Premier Wealth Management®. At that time, he approached Traci to join his new firm. It was soon after that Bob and Traci together decided to make the move to Cambridge Investment Research. In 2001 through 2002 she began the task of pursuing her securities licensing. During that time period she obtained her Series 6, 7, 63, 65 and 24. Since then she has worked side-by-side with Bob as the assistant branch manager and OSJ designee. Together they have built Premier Wealth Management® into a successful practice, consistently one of the top 10 OSJ practices at Cambridge.

In 2020 Traci completed her Women in Leadership certificate awarded by Cornell University. That same year she was honored by the Central PA Business Journal as a 2020 Women of Influence honoree. This award is given to women business leaders for their contributions to their company, industry and local community. 

Traci’s involvement in the local community has included serving on the local Little League Baseball board and participating in the PTO of the Capital Area School for the Arts High School. She is a member of the Blues Society of Central Pennsylvania and the Central PA Friends of Jazz and is very involved in the local music and art community.  She also serves as a board member of the LFA Foundation which promotes awareness of Russell Silver Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder through education, research and funding.

Traci’s role is to provide guidance and direction to Premier Wealth Management’s® financial professionals. Every day she works with financial professionals to navigate the challenges that arise in running a professional business and help them do what is in the best interest of their practice and their clients. She is passionate about raising the bar on the level of professionalism in the financial services industry and loves working with financial professionals who share this passion.

Traci and her husband, Lee, live in Carlisle, PA. They have two sons and a daughter-in-law.

Sebastian N. Sullivan

Sebastian N. Sullivan

Executive Vice President, Operations and Due Diligence

Sebastian began as an intern with Premier Wealth Management in 2010 while still in his senior year of college. Bob and Traci soon recognized that Sebastian would be a valuable asset to their team and offered him a full-time position in 2011. Sebastian holds FINRA Series 7, 66 and 24 as well as his Life and Health and CFP® designation. He is a graduate of Gettysburg College with a degree in Business Management. He has worked closely with the team learning all aspects of the Premier Wealth Management® business, as well as the financial services industry. 

Sebastian’s primary goal is to help financial professionals and their staff grow their practices while making their offices more efficient on a day-to-day basis. Sebastian is experienced in Cambridge’s many technology systems including CLIC Advisor and Wealthport. He is also knowledgeable in many common outside programs such as RiskAlyze, Morningstar and Y-Charts. 

In his personal time, Sebastian enjoys participating in local intramural athletic leagues, working out, reading, and spending time with family and friends. He lives in Harrisburg, PA with his wife Stephanie.

Melissa R. Loner

Executive Vice President, Advisor Services

Melissa joined our team in 2020. She earned an MBA from American Military University, holds FINRA Series 4, 6, 7, 24, 53, 63, and 65 licenses and is also a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP) professional association where she currently participates on the Board of Directors. Along with her certifications, Melissa has over 22 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Previously employed with Cambridge Investment Research for over a decade, she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team. Throughout her career she has worked as an advisor, worked in due diligence, marketing, transitions, operations, supervision, compliance and fiduciary services.  

Melissa devotes her time to helping our financial professionals and their associates navigate the complex world of compliance and supervision, and helps educate and guide our group through the ever-changing regulatory environment. In her role with Premier, she will be focusing on practice management and enhancing the experience of our financial professionals. With her extensive experience in the industry and time spent within Cambridge, she is able to provide you with forward thinking ideas and solutions to everyday issues allowing you to grow your business. 

In her personal time Melissa loves to travel and learn about new cultures and loves to read. Melissa is a coffee aficionado as well as an avid scuba diver who is deep dive certified. She currently resides in Florida with her husband and three children and looks forward to spending time with the family. 

Lindsey M. Burda

Vice President of Communications and Marketing Services

Lindsey joined our team in 2012 bringing over a decade of marketing and graphic design experience working with small businesses. Lindsey is able to help our financial professionals see the potential of growing their practices through marketing and advertising and helping them bring that vision to life. She has a degree in Communications from the Pennsylvania State University and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. Lindsey manages Premier’s communications and marketing efforts as well as Premier’s event planning. Lindsey oversees the communications efforts within our branch including Premier Bulletins, social media, Premier websites, email blasts and advertising campaigns. She also assists our financial professionals with their own marketing efforts with custom graphic design, social media management, and client newsletter service. She also developed The Premier Marketing Catalog, from which financial professionals can brand templated marketing pieces in a pinch. Lindsey provides various services including graphic design and marketing assistant services for our financial professionals. She can help you with your communications, marketing, advertising, website design, graphic design needs and social media set up and training, while also providing some technical assistance of Cambridge tools like AdView and Correspondence Review.

Aside from her love of marketing and design, Lindsey also has a great love of traveling and learning about different cultures and languages. She’s traveled throughout the eastern and southern United States, Canada, Iceland, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. As a singer and musician, she has performed solo, in a duo, with local bands, and currently performs on occasion with an international tribute band. She is a do-it-yourselfer who loves a good DIY home project, and also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Vice President of Business Development

Mark has been in the financial services industry since 1997. He became an independent financial professional with Premier Wealth Management® and Cambridge in 2002.  Mark was invited to join the staff of Premier in 2018 as the Vice President of Business Development. Mark’s role currently involves serving his clients, recruiting financial professionals and providing practice management assistance to our team of financial professionals. Mark also helped implement the Premier Advantage® investment solutions offering in 2017. This program provides models and model building services to our financial professionals. He continues to work closely with that program.

Currently, Mark holds his Life and Health licenses and Series 6, 63, 7, 24 and 65 licenses. He enjoys his role with Premier and being part of the team’s future growth and success.

Through the years Mark has volunteered in various capacities and leadership roles within his church and his children’s school district. He also coaches baseball and enjoys exercising, hunting, fishing, reading, listening to music and various other activities. He has been married to his wife Jennifer for 28 years and has three children, Gabrielle, Chase and Josh along with their two dogs, Dexter and Molly.

Advisor Services Specialist

Jennifer joins the firm as an Advisor Services Specialist. She brings with her over 2 decades of experience and knowledge within the financial services industry. She holds the FINRA 7, 9/10, 24, 31, 63, and 66 licenses. Much of Jennifer’s industry tenure was with Morgan Stanley as part of Operations, Client Service, and as a Financial Professional. She then transitioned to the Independent BD and RIA side of the business where she has spent the last 4 to 5 years focusing on helping Financial Professionals and their associates understand and comply with the various regulatory requirements. She utilizes her Compliance and Supervision expertise to assist the FPs to smoothly implement the regulations and firm policies into the FP’s practice. She will be a great resource for our Financial Professionals.

On a personal note, Jennifer recently moved from Nebraska to Florida and has been enjoying all that the sunshine state has to offer. Her time away from the office is spent with her son Charlie partaking in various outdoor adventures. She also really loves to cook and enjoys working on DIY home projects.

Zachary H. Hale

Communications and Marketing Assistant

Zack joined the Premier Wealth Management® team in 2020 as an assistant in the communications and marketing department. He works closely with Lindsey to ensure that the marketing needs of our financial professionals are met, providing assistance with social media management and creative advertising strategies. Zack manages Premier’s social media and communications, assisting in areas such as event planning and recruitment, while also distributing bulletins and email blasts to our network of Financial Professionals. Another major role of Zack’s is making sure that our financial professionals’ websites and social media pages adhere to compliance guidelines, assisting with Adview submissions and supervisory website/social media reviews.

Zack recently moved to PA from his hometown of Minneapolis, MN, after graduating from Colby College with a degree in English and a minor in Art. He was a member of the Men’s Varsity Ice Hockey team at Colby, and he still loves to play recreationally in his free time. Zack also enjoys drawing, reading, listening to music, and playing golf.

Senior Director of Operations

Rich joined Cambridge and Premier Wealth Management® in 2000. Now, semi-retired, Rich continues to provide assistance to advisors and our team on a part-time/on-call basis for those days when we need an extra hand in the office or are short staffed. He interacts with our advisors in many different capacities providing advice and training on such issues as setting up or transferring accounts, and review and approval of accounts, compliance issues, and works with our advisors to solve many of their business problems. Regarding his experience at Premier Wealth Management®, he feels that we are “very considerate and caring people with a high level of ethics.” Rich has been active in his community. A sports fanatic, he has coached a variety of sports and at several different levels. He and his wife have been married since 1971. They have 8 children, 13 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.

Executive Assistant

Robin Joined us in 2007. She is the pleasant voice that answers the phone and has a way of making everyone feel welcome. Robin handles many of the administrative duties in our office including scanning, updating our data base on a regular basis, scheduling appointments, handling all incoming and outgoing mail and provides assistance to our advisors in various areas. Robin is also one of our virtual assistants and can help you with many of your day-to-day tasks as part of the Virtual Assistant Program. She is the go-to person in the office who handles many tasks that make the office move in a smooth and efficient manner. 

You can contact Robin to schedule appointments with Bob and Traci or other members of the Premier staff. Robin can assist you with WebCapture, CLIC Imaging and with any issues tracking documents that you have sent to our office. 

Robin is married with one daughter. She enjoys gardening, trying new recipes, and spending time with friends and family.

Operations and Business Services Specialist

Jennifer joined the Premier Wealth Management® team in 2016. Jennifer holds her 6 and 63 as well as her Life and Health Licenses. She is a graduate of Central Penn College and has worked closely with her husband Mark in the financial services industry since 2007. She can be contacted for questions and training on CLIC, paperwork issues and CIRStatements. Jennifer is our lead Virtual Assistant and is able to help with many administrative tasks.

Through the years Jennifer has volunteered at the school district her children attend, Swim Club and her church. Jennifer enjoys spending time going on long walks, home improvement projects, and shopping for the next great deal. She also loves spending time with family and friends. She is married to her husband Mark for 25 years and has three children, Gabrielle, Chase and Josh, and two dogs, Dexter and Molly.
