Robert A. Pugliese
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer | OSJ and Branch Manager
Bob has worked extensively in the financial services industry since 1972 He has been engaged in many facets of the financial service industry and is able to draw upon a wealth of experience when providing advice and guidance to the advisors in the Premier Wealth Management® Enterprise Group. Previously a very successful agent and advisor, he founded Premier Wealth Management® in 1999. Beginning in 2001, he discovered his true passion and niche – helping our financial professionals achieve their objectives by remaining relevant, efficient and profitable as they build their practices and grow their businesses.
No longer involved in personal production, he now dedicates all his efforts to partnering with our financial professionals to help them develop a business plan dedicated to their success, while giving them the freedom to structure their business in a manner that best serves their clients.
For nearly 20 years Bob’s Enterprise Group has been one of the top 10 Enterprise Groups (out of nearly 400 such groups) at Cambridge Investment Research. With a dedicated staff of professionals, and a large enterprise group of financial professionals, you can feel confident that we have looked at the future of our industry and chosen a path that will allow us to preserve the independence and control that we have built over the years.
In 2012 Bob was honored with the Spirit of Cambridge Award, awarded annually to those financial professionals who have demonstrated the four Cambridge core values of integrity, commitment, flexibility and kindness. The financial professionals who are selected must have been with Cambridge for a minimum of ten years. Bob was one of three financial professionals selected in the inaugural group.
Bob has always been active in his community. He served on the Steering Committee for the Capital Campaign for Bishop McDevitt High School and more recently, as the co-chair for phase 2 of the campaign, the Legacy Campaign. He is very active with the Central Pennsylvania Friends of Jazz and Premier has been the major sponsor of their annual jazz festival. He is a member of both the Harrisburg Country Club and the Hershey Country Club, a season ticket subscriber and member of the Guild at the Hershey Theatre, a member of the Hershey Gardens and the Hershey Story. He serves on the Board of the Hershey Theatre and the West Shore Office Park. He also serves as the Executive Director of the LFA Foundation dedicated to provide services and support for those suffering from Russell Silver Syndrome and Autism. Bob and his wife of 50 years live in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. They have two children and four grandchildren.
Traci A. Shughart
President & Chief Operating Officer | OSJ & Assistant Branch Manager
Traci has been actively engaged in the financial services industry since graduating from Penn State University in 1988. She began her career working in property and casualty insurance. During her tenure at a local central Pennsylvania P&C agency, she began working more closely in the financial services department of the firm. Bob Pugliese was managing the financial services division at that time and Traci and Bob had collaborated on several projects. In 1999 Bob left the P&C firm to launch his own company, Premier Wealth Management®. At that time, he approached Traci to join his new firm as office manager. It was soon after this that Bob and Traci together decided to make the move to Cambridge Investment Research. In 2001 through 2002 she began the task of pursuing her securities licensing. During that time period she obtained her Series 6, 7, 63, 65 and 24. Since then she has worked side-by-side with Bob as the assistant branch manager and OSJ designee. Together they have built Premier Wealth Management® into a successful branch, consistently one of the top 6 OSJ enterprise groups at Cambridge.
Traci feels that her role is to provide continued guidance and direction to the advisors in the branch. The financial services industry is always in flux. Regulations and staying compliant can often be a daunting task for financial professionals. Every day she works with advisors to navigate these challenges and to help them do what is in the best interest of their clients. She is passionate about raising the bar on the level of professionalism in the financial services industry and loves working with advisors who share this passion.
Traci’s involvement in the local community has included serving on the local Little League Baseball board and participating in the PTO of the Capital Area School for the Arts High School. She is a member of the Blues Society of Central Pennsylvania and the Central PA Friends of Jazz and is very involved in the local music and art community. Traci and her husband Lee live in Carlisle, PA and have two sons Hunter and Ajay, and Theo, their Lionhead rabbit.
Sebastian N. Sullivan
Vice President of Operations and Business Development
Sebastian joined the team on a full-time basis in 2011. Sebastian holds FINRA Series 7, 66 and 24 as well as his Life and Health and CFP®. He is a graduate of Gettysburg College with a degree in Business Management. He has worked closely with the team learning all aspects of the Premier Wealth Management® business, as well as the financial services industry. His main goal is to help advisors and their staffs grow their practices while making those offices more efficient on a day-to-day basis. He can be contacted for questions about paperwork, CLIC, the CIR website, CIR statements, NetX360, Wealthscape, Wealthport, CIR platforms, RPAG, cashiering, trading, audits, SMARSH and any other day to day operational or compliance questions you may have.
In his personal time he enjoys participating in local intramural athletic leagues, working out, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Lindsey M. Burda
Vice President of Communications and Marketing Services
Lindsey joined the team in 2012. With a decade of marketing and graphic design experience working with small businesses, Lindsey is able to help our advisors see the potential of growing their practices through marketing and advertising and helps them bring that vision to life. She has a degree in Communications from the Pennsylvania State University and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. Lindsey manages Premier’s communications and marketing efforts as well as Premier’s event planning. Lindsey manages the communications efforts within our branch including Premier’s Insider Blog, Premier Bulletins, social media, Premier websites, email blasts and advertising campaigns. She also assists our advisors with their marketing efforts with custom graphic design, and developed The Premier Marketing Catalog. Lindsey provides various services to our advisors including graphic design and marketing assistant services. She can help you with your communications, marketing, advertising, website design, assist you with your graphic design needs and social media set up and training while providing some technical assistance of Cambridge tools like AdView and Correspondence Review.
Aside from her love of marketing and design, Lindsey also enjoys traveling. She’s traveled throughout the eastern and southern United States, Canada, Iceland, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. As a singer and musician she has performed solo, in a duo, with local bands and currently performs on occasion with an international tribute band. She is a do-it-yourselfer and loves a good DIY home project and spending time with her family and friends.
Rebekah E. LaLone
Communications and Marketing Assistant
Rebekah is the newest member of the Premier Wealth Management® team and joined us in 2019. With over a decade of office experience, she now works closely with our Vice President of Communications and Marketing Services and assists with social media, email blasts, and advertising campaigns, as well as event planning and various administrative tasks.
She enjoys hiking, biking, dancing, beekeeping, gardening and is a self-proclaimed “foodie”. Rebekah is married to her husband, Drew, and has two kitties named Kiki and Dude.
Mark W. Steinhart
Vice President of Business Development
He has been an advisor with Premier Wealth Management® for the past 15 years and in the financial services industry as an advisor for more than 20 years. Now Mark Steinhart will be stepping into the role of Vice President of Business Development at Premier Wealth Management®. Mark helped implement the Premier Advantage® program, which launched last year, and will continue to work with that program. In addition, Mark will also continue to serve his current clients, lead the recruiting effort as well as develop training materials, provide training and other business development related functions. Currently, Mark holds his Life and Health licenses and Series 6, 63, 7 and 65 licenses. He looks forward to his new role with Premier and being part of the future growth and success going forward.
Through the years Mark has volunteered in various capacities and leadership roles within his church, the school district where his kids attend as well as coaching baseball. Outside the office, Mark enjoys exercising, hunting, reading, listening to music and various other activities. He has been married to his wife Jennifer for 25 years and has three children along with their cool dog Dexter.
Planning & Research Specialist
Mario serves as our Planning & Research Specialist. He works closely with Mark on the Premier Advantage® Program as well as providing our advisors with potential investment ideas moving forward. Mario joined us in June and is a graduate of Colby College with a degree in Economics with a concentration in Financial Markets. While at Colby, he was a member of the ice hockey team, which was able to capture its first NESCAC division title and Frozen Four appearance in the programs history. Mario is originally from Slovakia and made his move to the states when he was 15 years old. He enjoys participating in various sports, exercising, reading, listening to music and various other activities. He looks forward to developing his skills with Premier and being part of the future growth and success going forward.
Richard J. Esoldo
Senior Director of Operations
Rich joined Cambridge and Premier Wealth Management® in 2000. Now, semi-retired, Rich continues to provide assistance to advisors and our team on a part-time/on-call basis for those days when we need an extra hand in the office or are short staffed. He interacts with our advisors in many different capacities providing advice and training on such issues as setting up or transferring accounts, and review and approval of accounts, compliance issues, and works with our advisors to solve many of their business problems. Regarding his experience at Premier Wealth Management®, he feels that we are “very considerate and caring people with a high level of ethics.” Rich has been active in his community. A sports fanatic, he has coached a variety of sports and at several different levels. He and his wife have been married since 1971. They have 8 children, 13 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
Robin C. Mumma
Robin Joined us in 2007. She is the pleasant voice that answers the phone and has a way of making everyone feel welcome. Robin handles many of the administrative duties in our office including scanning, updating our data base on a regular basis, scheduling appointments, handling all incoming and outgoing mail and provides assistance to our advisors in various areas. Robin is also our virtual assistant and can help you with many of your day-to-day tasks as part of the Virtual Assistant Program. She is the go-to person in the office who handles many tasks that make the office move in a smooth and efficient manner.
You can contact Robin to schedule appointments with Bob and Traci or other members of the Premier staff. Robin can assist you with WebCapture, CLIC Imaging and with any issues tracking documents that you have sent to our office.
Robin is married with one daughter. She enjoys gardening, trying new recipes, and spending time with friends and family.
Jennifer J. Steinhart
Operations and Business Services Assistant
Jennifer joined the Premier Wealth Management® team in 2016. Jennifer holds her 6 and 63 as well as her Life and Health Licenses. She is a graduate of Central Penn College and has worked closely with her husband Mark, in the financial services industry since 2007. She can be contacted for questions about CLIC, paperwork for Virtual Assistant or other administrative tasks.
Through the years Jennifer has volunteered at the school district her children attend, Swim Club and her church. Jennifer enjoys spending time going on long walks, home improvement projects, and shopping for the next great deal. She also loves spending time with family and friends. She is married to her husband Mark for 25 years and has three children and a cool Malshi named Dexter.
