ShareFile – Use your ShareFile account to easily and securely house and exchange files with anyone, anywhere online. Every rep in the branch is set up with a ShareFile account at no cost to the rep. It is mandatory that every rep use the ShareFile system in order to send and receive certain forms and files to our office as well as to help everyone be prepared for future audits regardless of whether the audits are conducted by FINRA, your state securities commission or the home office. Once you have been granted access to your ShareFile account, you will receive an email with a link to activate your user account.

Riskalyze is a software program that enables advisors to better perform portfolio due diligence and determine a client’s appropriate risk. An interactive risk tolerance questionnaire enables advsors to more accurately assess the potential investment choices for a client. The program captures all questions and information and archives it to provide a historical prospective. In addition, the program can generate an investment policy statement for use with the client. The documentation that this software provides to advisors is an invaluable sales tool and also serves as a compliance resource. We encourage the use of this tool.
